Appointments & Walk-Ins
If you're more than five minutes late for your scheduled appointment, you'll have to reschedule or take a walk-in ticket.
If your provider has faxed orders for you, please give us a call at 318-456-6193. We'll enter the orders into our system so that you can schedule an appointment with us.
Laboratory Capabilities
We're a limited-service, College of American Pathologists-accredited laboratory. For testing not performed in-house, samples are collected and sent to a military or civilian reference laboratory for testing. Sent-out tests have an expected 7- to 10-day turnaround, based upon test ordered.
What information is required on outside provider scripts?
- Patient Name and Date of Birth
- Tests Required/Requested
- Ordering Provider Information
- Ordering Provider Signature
- Ordering Provider Fax Number
NOTE: Faxing the outside provider script to the lab ahead of the walk-in visit will prevent elevated processing and wait times.
How do I access my results?
Your results can be obtained from your provider or by using the
MHS GENESIS Patient Portal.
