Services Provided
The Mental Health Clinic at the 2 MDG provides quality care and services relating to the emotional and psychological health and wellness of Active Duty personnel.
Alcohol and Drug Abuse Prevention and Treatment Program (ADAPT)
Provides evaluation, education, and treatment for alcohol and substance related situations for AD personnel.
Family Advocacy
- Provides assessments and assistance for domestic violence and intimate partner/child abuse issues.
- Provides prevention counseling services and education and classes on healthy relationships, parenting teens, couples communication, Dads 101, and anger management.
New Parent Support Program
- Provides education and support to expectant parents or parents with children under the age of three.
- Registered nurses provide home visits/education and Clinical Social Workers provide parenting/spouse communication education.
Domestic Abuse Victim Advocate (DAVA)
Provides restricted and unrestricted support to victims of domestic violence. 24/7 response.
Primary Care Behavioral Health (PCBH)
- Mental health services embedded in the primary care clinics for all beneficiaries with a PCM in the 2d MDG.
- Behavioral Health Consultants work as part of the primary care teams. They offer patients brief solution-focused interventions to facilitate behavioral change.
